Will by Email
A friend of ours emailed us with instructions to give her downline of a referral business to us in the event of her death. She said her son and named him would handle all this. I assume he is her executor. Would this email hold up as a will if presented to the referal company or anyone else?
Thanks and always my best,
Don

Re: Will by Email
The e-mail as you describe it would not constitute a valid will in Colorado. If your friend truly means to leave you her interest, she should consult an attorney about creating a proper will.
