Legal Question in Entertainment Law in Colorado

Hello, currently, I am in the process of developing a pilot for PBS. The name of my show is "De-lish Dish!". Recently, I found out that cable also airs a fairly new show called 'Delish Dish'. Is it still possible to air my show due to the slight spelling difference or will I have completely rename my show?

I reside in the US

Thank you

You must speak with a trademark attorney before you go further as this may be an issue of trademark infringement or dilution. This is not something to guess about and it cannot be answered just based on a few sentences on the internet. Contact an attorney as soon as possible.

This type of suit is complicated and you should contact an attorney to discuss the issues and costs. If you dont know of any attorneys, contact people you know and trust for referrals. If you have no referrals you should review the attorneys on this site or contact your local bar association for their referral program.
