Legal Question in Family Law in Colorado

Hello, Im 16 with a son. Me and his father are still together and intend to be together. MY mother is very mean and mentally abusive. I want to move into my fiances parents house with them. Is it a way better inviorment for me and my son. Plus they are much more supportive. Is there anything i can do?
