I have a 15 year old that doesn't want to life with her abusive mom or non working step dad and would like to life with my daughter and I, what are the options?

Your next step would be to file a child custody case in the county where you live if you have not already done so. If there has already been a case filed and it has been 2 years since your previous parenting plan you may also file for a modification. There may be some emergency issues that may be present as well.
