Legal Question in Family Law in Colorado

My 18yr old daughter just got married but is still in college. I am divorced from her biological father and yet the court orders state that he is to pay until she is 22 yrs old or done with college. I live in the state of Colorado. My ex-husband is refusing to pay any longer and I don't have another $5000 to fight him in court again.
