Legal Question in Family Law in Colorado

My adult daughter has a child with a man who has nothing at all to do with either of them. The baby will be 9 months old any day now. He is not on the birth certificate and has never paid any support. Does he have any legal rights or responsibilities to the baby?

Yes, he has both rights and responsibilities with respect to the child, although neither will be addressed unless someone takes the matter to court.
