I am not certain whether annulment cases are public record in Colorado. Assuming they are, you need to contact the court that handled the case. You can make arrangements to order a copy through the clerk. The clerk would also be able to tell you whether it was a public record you can obtain. If it is not a public record, one of your parents will have to contact the court to get a copy, assuming by your question that they no longer have a copy.
