Legal Question in Family Law in Colorado

Ive calculated my child support to end up as 46000 after 14 years. Would it be reasonable/allowed to go to the penitentiary now to start paying that debt off.

You need to use money to pay off a debt. Incarceration does nothing to reduce your child support debt. Good luck.
