Legal Question in Family Law in Colorado

change of jurisdiction

Colorado courts appointed myself as the primary caregiver with sole decision making of my two minor children under age 7. Over a year ago we moved to Michigan with the Colorado courts approval. The father has visitation rights but no longer lives in Colorado and has moved a couple times to different states. Issues are being brought forth in the Colorado courts by the father and intervenors (who reside in colorado). I would like to know how I obtain jurisdiction in Michigan. The minor children have attended school in Michigan the entire year and my family receives state assistance. It is not feesable for me to return to Colorado, especialy on false charges and would be easier to resolve if done locally. I don't know which motions or forms to file and would appreciate help getting started in the right direction.
