child custody/ what am I going to do?
I want to divorce my husband. I want to move from Colorado to Florida. I got a restraining order only including myself against him in April. I have been very fair and liberal with visitations to this point. He is emotionally abusive to my children. sobbing etc. frequently. Threatening to kill himself if the children move. Threatening me that he will kill himself if I do not fix things with him. What are my rights here. What can I do to make this a healthy experience for him and my children. I feel like my hands are tied.

To take the kids out of Colorado, you will need either an agreement from your husband or sole custody in the divorce. Mediation may be helpful, particularly if it includes both a psychologist and an attorney.
