Child

My ex girlfriend and I have a son together. About six months into her pregnancy, she cut off all communication with me and advice all others to do so. She now married n lives in CO. I live in TX. What can I do? How would paternity test help me if at all?

A paternity test would legally establish your claim as a parent. You would have the rights and obligations of a parent. Including support and visitation. If you want to establish a relationship with your child, retain an attorney in CO to begin the process on your behalf.
