Child Support Enforcement
My ex husband was ordered to pay 230 dollars a month in child support effective July 1st, 2000. To this day I still have not seen any money, and he has not even wanted to see his child. Is there a way that the money he owes in child support can be taken out of his income tax return and if so how do I go about getting that money. Also, I have thought about terminating is parental right, how do I go about doing that?

Re: Child Support Enforcement
The Child Support Enforcement unit of your county Human Services agency has many options for obtaining child support, including diverting tax refunds. They work without charge. You can find them in the phone book. Terminating his parental rights would be very difficult, and you could lose the child support as a result.
