Legal Question in Family Law in Colorado
child support
I am currently paying $800.00 per month in child support for my daughter living in Colorado with her mother. I have two additional biological children resding with me in Florida that i am struggling financially with. Is that reasonable cause to have them modify the amount i pay for child support or it dosen't matter? Thank you.

Re: child support
More information is required for a reasoned response; however, you can ask the court to modify child support if there has been a substantial change of circumstances since the Final Judgment. Has your or her income changed? Has your expenses increased greatly because of the children living with you? You must show the Court that the situation as significantly changed since the child support was set. You are advised to seek a family law attorney who can represent you in this matter.
