Children

I am taking my kids to a wedding in las vegas. We live in CO. My soon to be ex is threatening to have me thrown in jail if I take them. But I have minute orders stating his parenting time is supervised. 2 hours a week and he hasn't even filled his paperwork out yet to see them. Am I doing anything wrong?

There is not really enough information to truly answer the question. The rule of thumb is that if the trip will not interfere with his parenting time, it is probably all right. The safest way to do this is to ask the Court for permission. It will most likely be granted, even over his objection.
