child's wishes

I have joint custody with my ex wife and they live in Colorado and are now moving to Oregon. My 14 year old son wants to come live with me in California. what steps do i take to make this happen?

You need to file a motion to modify custody in the state in which the current order was made. However, if both parents have moved from that state, then the motion would be filed in the state where the child has resided.
