My fiance took everything from me and ran off with another guy. I want to know if I am In a common law marriage to get half my stuff back.

If you have been referring to each other as not yet married, i.e. fiancee as you stated here, then you are not commonlaw married in Colorado. In Colorado, there is no required time frame. Rather it requires that you present yourselves to the world as being married.

If you do not have a commonlaw marriage, you can still go after your fiancee in a civil suit for recovery of the things she took from you.
