Legal Question in Family Law in Colorado

I have a court ordered garnishment to my EX's employer, and they failed or missed a payment...and they are telling me to collect from my Ex because he was paid his full paycheck....this doesnt seem right, WHAT ARE MY LEGAL OPTIONS???

You can go after the company for not honoring the court order.
