Legal Question in Family Law in Colorado

My cousin is 18 and 8-9 weeks pregnant. She left him a week ago because he was cheating and abusing her and now he plans to move from Colorado back to Nevada. There is no official record of abuse. Just text messages and one picture. She is wanting child support and Sole Custody without visitation. What are the chances and what steps does she need to take?

When the child is born she will need to file a paternity case to establish child paternity and child support orders. This cannot be done until after the child is born.
