Legal Question in Family Law in Colorado

I have custody of my Grandson... both biological parents have visitation rights...But now my daughter wants her custody rights back. What does she have to do?

If you were granted parenting time under an allocation of parental responsibilities, your daughter would need to file a motion to modify parenting time. If everyone agrees to the change however, you can prepare and file a stipulation (i.e., an agreement) as to the change and the court likely will grant it if it's reasonable. I hope this helps.
