Legal Question in Family Law in Colorado
Custody/Support obtained without service.
My daughter's mother has, while we shared residence, gone to court without my knowledge and obtained full, sole custody and a wage attachment with arrears. I was never served and the family law facillitator informed me that my case has no order to show paternity. I am more than willing to pay support but the amount they calculated was based on false finacial information. It is very excessive.
I was told to file a set aside motion but all this is Greek to me. Please help!

You do need to set aside the judgment, it is a written motion which an experience attorney can draft for you. Any marital assets to be divided? Call me directly at (619) 222-3504.

The advice you received is correct. You should indeed file the Set Aside Motion as soon as possible.
