What daughter might be entitled to

My son-in-law moved out and left my daughter and their son in April. He has been paying the rent so my daughter can maintain the apartment, he now has deceided to divorce, my daughter basically just wants him to maintain paying rent ($950 a month) are her chances good that she will get this

It depends on the income of both parents, and the percentage of time that each has custody/visitation of the child, as to how much the court will order the father to pay for child support. This is statutory. No one can answer this question without knowing their income and percentage of time.
