divorce while abroad

Am I able to file for divorce when I live abroad and the state that I�m registered in has a 3 month residency requirment?

At least in CO, and probably most other states, only 1 spouse has to meet the residency requirement. You should be able to get a divorce in the state where your spouse resides. If that state is not CO, please seek further counsel specific to the state where your spouse resides to be sure that state does it the same way.
