If I were to divorce my husband due to many years of emotional, physical and mental abuse could I get half of his profit sharing money and could I possibly get alimony? I have pretty much stayed with him only due to financial problems.

You can probably get half the profit sharing increase during the time your were married. Alimony might be more complicated, but is a possibility, depending on the facts. (303) 377-2295.
