Divorce with minors
If we have not filed for divorce yet can I relocate to another city/county with my children without my husbands permission? He has moved out of the house and I cannot afford this one.

If you or your husband has not filed for divorce, you can always relocate with your children elsewhere, especially if you are relocating nearby or at least within the same state. Once the divorce is filed, you will immediately want to raise this issue with the court and explain carefully that your reasons for relocating do not include creating a hardship for the husband.
