"I divorced about 4 years ago. We agreed to everything saying he would take the home and I gave him 10 years to refinance the property in his name. Now he is selling it for a profit do I have any claim to this profit since I a still on all the documents?"

It depends on the exact wording that you agreed to, but it doesn't sound like you would be entitled to anything from the house. If he was to receive title to the house after he refinanced the debt, then there is no reason that you would receive any proceeds from sale. However, if your agreement was well written, it would have dealt with the profit or loss if the house was sold. The exact wording of your court orders matters a lot.
