Legal Question in Family Law in Colorado
Hello, I divorced about 6 years ago.. I have been paying Maintenance, but recently LOST my job. I am representing myself because of costs, and I submitted the forms for Modification or termination of Maintenance because I was Laid off. The process has been going OK, but not my Ex's lawyer filed a motion to dismiss my Motion because I did not provide all requested information using 16.2. Problem is, I have provided 100% of the information requested and I think they are using this as a tactic. I am not sure what kind of response I have to file to CONTEST their request to dismiss. Any ideas ? Thanks

You need to file a response to the motion explaining why it is not legally justified. Cite applicable law if possible.
