Legal Question in Family Law in Colorado

can I be expected to pay prospective attorneys fees for a woman to whom i was never married but do share a child with. I filed for more parenting time. I work she doesnt i pay child support and daycare so she can go to school. the child is over 30 months old

If the child is over 30 months you can motion the court to impute at least minimum wage on her - which would reduce our child support.
