ex-wife out of prison want to amend custudy to joint from sole

My ex-wife wants to amend divorce decree after serving most of the last four years in prison. I have sole custody of our six year old daughter and have had that sine march 97. When she is off parole in three years I will consider it. I am going to move closer after this school year so she can have more visitation but i dont trust her enough yet to give her joint custudy yet. She has only been out for a few mounths and I understand the importance she is too my daughter but it is too soon to change the decree in my opinion. Do I need to worry about her takeing me to court and getting her way in the neer future? Is there something i should do to avoid a court battle? Right now we dont get along as well as we need to work a joint situation in my opinion. Thank you.

There is nothing you can do to stop her from taking you to court but if she does she will probably lose.
