You need to immediately contact either law enforcement or Social Services. Do not discuss this with your 4 year old. They can arrange for your child to be interviewed by a professional who can determine if this has been really happening or if the child has been exposed to images or dialog or directly to actions of others. Once that determination has been made, you can go forward accordingly.

In the mean time, do not leave your child in a situation where this man has any opportunity to be alone with her. You are responsible for keeping her safe. If that means kicking him out, getting a restraining order, whatever it takes, you need to do it. Now is the time when your daughter must come first.
