Legal Question in Family Law in Colorado

My daughter is pregnant and is getting ready to have the baby. Her and her boyfriend will be moving from CA to Colorado around May (after the baby is born) If things do not work out with them will he be able to keep her in Colorado with the baby ? Or will she be able to move back to CA ?

He cannot keep her from moving back to California. He may however, be able to prevent her moving the child back to California. Colorado law is different than California law. In California if she had a good reason to move the court would very probably grant her request to move out of the state.
