Legal Question in Family Law in Colorado
i am filing for divorce and am filling out the form titled "sworn financial statement". on page 5 it asks us to list assets owned before the marriage. So am i right in assuming that savings acquired since separating do not need to be listed?

ALL assets must be listed. That section is used to help identify separate property owned before the marriage and marital property. "P" for petitioner's separate property, "C/R" for respondent, and "J" for joint.
