Legal Question in Family Law in Colorado

Fraud on a Judge in a Child Custody case

My ex signed a document last year stating it was ok for our daughter to move out of state with me, then proceded to file a motion with the court stating that I abscouned w/the child. Ex told Judge that there was never any conscent for the child to leave, under oath. We had joint custody and I was never notified of any court date. According to the Uniform Child Custody and Jurisdiction Act there were laws broken on the part of my ex. What are the penalities? What can I do to correct this problem?
