Garnisment

My employer recieved a garnisment letter for me to take out a certain amount, the last court order for the amount is much less, the amended notice t with hold income also looks doctored up.Can a lawyer get in trouble for this he also signed that he certifys that he mailed a copy with order, and he didnt, he just mailed amended notice no order attached

It is possible for a lawyer to get in trouble for such a mistake. However, how much trouble will have a great deal to do with how the mistake came about.

Either way, you can protest the amount sent to your employer and ask the Court to bring it in line with the last Order.
