Legal Question in Family Law in Colorado

I am a grandparent of three. The father the legal guardian will not let me talk to the kids, he will not give me their schedules for their althletic events. I have been with those kids for 9 years now, he is remarried and refuses to let my daughter see the kids or myself. What can be done legally to solve this problem?
