Legal Question in Family Law in Colorado
my ex husband never dropped our daughter off at school today after his scheduled visit with her. he is refusing to bring her to the school where we have agreed to exchange visits. i have primary custody. what can i do today?

You could file for contempt if your parenting plan states that he needs to exchange at school or even, perhaps, if it has been your practice. If that is not in the plan, you might instead need to file a motion to compel or motion to modify or clarify the plan so you have a court order to do the exchange. Depending on the docs you have, you might start with contempt. If you do contempt and hire an attorney, you can ask for him to pay your attorney fees and cost (and your costs no matter what).
