Legal Question in Family Law in Colorado

My soon to be ex husband won't let me see the kids. there is no custody or visitation set yet. how do i make him let me see the kids?

Have you filed for divorce already? If so, you need to ask the court for a temporary orders hearing on parenting time and explain that he is not letting you see the kids. If you have not filed for divorce, you need to do do, as he does not have to let you see the kids until there is a court order for him to do so (unfortunately). Hope this helps.
