Legal Question in Family Law in Colorado

My husband was married before and as part of the divorce agreement he is required to provide a copy of his W-2 each year. Now that we are married, is there any way for us to file jointly without her getting my personal income information etc? -- Or must we file married filing separately?

A W-2 is issued by an employer. It is only your husband's income being reported. Your personal information should not be required.
