I have not seen my husband in ten years don't know where he is what do I do to get a divorce

If you do not know where he is, it can be challenging. You have to convince the court that you have tried to find him. If you can convince the court of this, the court then let's you serve him by publication in the newspaper and then the divorce can proceed. It takes some additional filings and I employ a private detective to search for him electronically, which I use as evidence to the court that we can't find him.
