Husband's ex on SSD, asking for more

My husband's ex has managed to receive disability for a few years now. She receives not enough to pay her mortgage and the five health clubs she belongs to, and is taking my husband to court for more child support. We believe she can work but chooses not to. Could the court aware her more money after she's had a second husband and been divorced again?

Yes. Remarriage has nothing to do with child support. The new spouse has no legal obligation to provide for the child. If she is collecting SSD, it will be exremely hard for you to prove she can work beyond the level SSD has approved. Essentially, you will have to prove that she is defrauding SSD.
