I need to know the laws on grandparents haveing rights to there grandchildren?

There are many factors which go into determining that. If there has been no case involving the children (no divorce, no allocation of parental responsibilities, no dependency and neglect), then a grandparent has no rights in Colorado.

If there has been some kind of case, then a grandparent MAY have some rights to assert to get some time with the grandchildren. However, there are still many factors which weigh in to that determination.
