If I fill out an on line living will does this still need to be sign by an attorney?

In Colorado, there is no requirement that an attorney sign your living will. However, there are a variety of other requirements that must be met in order for your living will to be valid. You should be sure the online form is tailored to satisfy Colorado law. You can obtain a form that is Colorado specific from the Colorado Bar Association's website (www.cobar.org).
You should, however, consult with an attorney to ensure that you are fully advised of your rights.
