can i leave the state?

my father abuses me and i want to leave the state of colorado and move to georgia to live with my fiancee. i am 17 and the legal adult age in georgia is 17. if i leave colorado and move to georgia, can my parents bring me back to colorado? what if i marry my fiancee in georgia? does that make a difference?

They can try. It will come down to whether they can convince a judge that you ought not be allowed to take care of yourself. Being married would argue in your favor; however, that's not a good reason to get married. My guess is they will have a difficult time getting a judge to order the sheriff to pick you up and bring you back; but it's just a guess.
