Legal Question in Family Law in Colorado

What are the legal liabilities for health insurance in a divorce

When a couple in Colorado have been married since 1983 and a divorce happens is the spouse liable for health insurance for the wife for the rest of her life? The wife has a disability and there are two children involved.

When a divorce is granted will the spouse be required to always pay all medical co payments and medical insurance for the spouse as well as the minor children?

Only if the court orders it, which is a fair possibility in a long term marriage where there is disability. It would likely be part of a mainteance payment.
