How can we make a mutual post divorce agreement legally binding?
Question Details: Divorce decree states that I pay 20% of my military retirement on a monthly basis. We have agreed to a lump sum settlement.

Write up a "stipulated agreement", you both sign it and file it with the court along with an order. There are forms on the court website to use. Hope this helps.
