if me and the mother of our child are not married and we break up what are my rights with getting to see my child and how we go with setting up child support

You may need to file a paternity suit. Having a parenting plan in writing and co-signed by the court can help to guarentee that your rights as a father are ALWAYS protected. Furthermore, there are statutory guildelines for child support and this can be determined within the custody case.
