Legal Question in Family Law in Colorado

Mother's rights in child custody in a non marriage situation

I have been raising my daughter for all 14 months of her life. I want to know what rights the father has in custody and visitation from one state to another especially at her age. What is appropriate visitation for him? Will she have to go there at her age. He has not even bonded with her yet. Please help!!!!
