Parent off birth certificate
I was forced into putting this man on my sons birth certificate. How do I get him off!!

The only way I am aware of is for you to find the actual biological father of the child and have him ask that a paternity test done. Once the paternity test proves that he is the father rather than the man named on the birth certificate, he can ask the Court to have enter an order changing the birth certificate.
