personal agreements between paretns

Will a statement that both parents sign and agree to pertaining to child support and the amount to be paid to custodial parent hold up in court if both parties are agreed on the subject? also the document would be signed and notarized. document

The Court will not honor it unless you file it with the Court. Get it signed and notarized, then present it to the Court as a stipulation and ask the Court to adopt it as an Order of the Court. Then it will stand up under all circumstances.
