Get the generic Motion form from the Court or online at www.courts.state.co.us and fill it out, asking that the maintenance (the term the Court presently uses for alimony) be terminated. You will need to explain why it should be terminated. The Court will then give your ex a chance to respond. If your ex agrees, you can save some time by both signing it.
