That's a bit of a tricky question, because anytime the Judge feels it is in the best interest of justice, s/he can continue the case. However, that being said, it would be unlikely for the case to be held until the child is born. If your husband is willing to agree that it is not his child, the agreement can be made part of the order. If he wants to contest it, it is also possible for the Court to enter the order dissolving the marriage, and addressing all of the property issues, reserving only the issue of the parentage of the child to be addressed after the child is born.
